The ERCO legal team offers legal services to oil and gas companies world-wide, including consultation to National Oil Companies (NOCs) regarding exploration and production by International Oil Companies (IOCs) both on-shore and off-shore.  Optimization of the NOC's interest is promoted by:

• Legal analysis of Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) terms and compliance,
• Negotiation of compliance and/or indemnity payments, pursuant to exploration and exploitation contractual commitments,
• Arbitration/Litigation of contract disputes,
• Drafting of prospective PSAs to optimize NOC's revenue and promote future international investment and development.
